This site shouldn’t be about me, it should be about the places I visit. Experiences. The late Prince Philip said ‘don’ t talk about yourself, talk about everything else. Nobody is interested in you’. A sentiment I whole-heartedly agree with. However I accept that is not always possible if I’m sharing my experiences, which will be different to your experiences.

And I guess if you’re looking at this, you may be curious about me. So here goes. I’m Rich and I currently live in the city of Bristol in the United Kingdom. Like almost everyone I love traveling, but perhaps unlike many people, a good proportion of my trips are as a solo traveller. In particular I’m very fond of discovering the world by cruises, one port at a time.

I created this website as somewhere to save my memories and share my photography and films.
